How to book your conference hotel room

The Wildlife Society and American Fisheries Society 2019 Joint Annual Conference is fast-approaching. If you plan to attend, there’s no time to waste in booking your hotel room! Our discounted block at the Atlantis has sold out, and our block at the Peppermill is more than 50% full and selling out quickly!

The majority of our contracted rooms are located at the Peppermill, and most evening events will take place there. In addition to the usual amenities offered through the block, complimentary shuttle services from the Peppermill to the nearby convention center will be offered throughout the week.

The Wildlife Society encourages all attendees to book in the discounted block at the Peppermill, and urges attendees to be cautious when booking outside the block. It has come to our attention that there have been fraudulent emails from third party travel and hotel companies advertising discounted room blocks for the conference, so please beware of email fraud, scams, and other misleading communications.
